I got a family using a history of stress and thus it rubbed off a little on me. However, once we find who we are and develop our self-confidence and have religion in our feeling, as you said, the stress goes away. Meditation will considerably help you find who you"re and what you truly need too and to get centered. You"ve all of the answers within you - actually :-)
