Everything began a couple years back when Vic was out of shape and over weight. He was exercising up to FIVE times a week, doing mostly cardio and a few weights. The sole issue was that his body was not getting anywhere!
Let us start with P90x by Tony Horton. This is a 90- day program necessitating a small amount of additional gear: chin up bar, seat, resistance bands or hand weights and your body. The program is all about 75% weight training and cardio that is 25%. (This is my personal estimate, obviously. I"ve never found a way to truly measure this).
